COURSE OBJECTIVES
By the
end of the course, participants:
- Should know the basics of computer
hardware, software, security issues and the common terms used in Computer
Technology.
- Should also be able to disassemble and
assemble PCs and Laptop computers.
- Should be able to Install, Configure,
Upgrade and Troubleshoot Computer Peripherals and Windows and Linux Operating
Systems.
- Should be able to be an entrepreneur in
ICT.
EXPECTED OUTCOME
- Participants will be well equipped with
necessary skills to Maintain, Configure and Troubleshoot Computer systems.
- Participants will improve their
performance in their areas of professions.
- The Course will help Participants excel
in this competitive job market.

MODULE 2: Desktop and Laptop Assembly and Disassembly.
MODULE 3: Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting

GENERAL INFORMATION
- FULL PROGRAMME FEE
: 160,000/= (For UDOM Students =140,000/=)
(The fee can be paid in Two (2)
Installments)
- DURATION: 5 Weeks (2.30 Hours:- 1Hr Lecture, 1.30 Hrs Practical)
- VENUE: College of Informatics Computer Lab/Lecture Rooms.
- TIME:
4.00 – 6.30 pm (Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
- REGISTRATION: Please confirm
to participate by SMS (having your names) and come for Full Registration
before 16rd November,
2014, to Office # AD3 CIVE Admin Block.
- Payment Details: Bank Details will be sent to you after being fully registered.
- CERTIFICATES will be provided to successful participants.
- Forms Four and Six leavers are also encouraged
to apply.
